Service Description

Virtual Gathering A safe sacred space where we gather to learn about the importance of the moon in our health (especially our circadian rhythm and hormone health). In this circle we connect to the moon and work toward aligning ourselves with its rhythm by doing grounding exercises, awakening our pineal gland, moon exercises, and more.
